Hygiene and the preparation of the food we make is of the utmost importance to us,
we have a Food Hygiene Rating 5 and follow strict guidelines.
Whilst we do not make any products that contain nuts we can not guarantee a 'nut free' environment.
When it comes to seaweed, it is considered a good source of vitamins and minerals for us all but obviously it comes from the sea and in regard to allergens there is therefore a chance it 'may' contain fish, molluscs, crustaceans.
All our products are made with different seasonal varieties which will alter their flavour and texture.

Your privacy & safety is important to us and we therefore protect personal information.
We use third-party banking to verify payment.
We may contact you after your purchase, to ask for your comments and feedback.
We will let you know of any shop offers.
